Yamaha Motif Rack ES Awesome condition. Functionally, superb! Comes with factory manuals, factory power supply, and custom sounds! Delightful. 16 voices playing in total MIDI harmony, more even if there are any expansion boards. A great sound module for a live musician who is reluctant to use a computer on stage, but can stand up to many software libraries in the studio as well! Not only are there 1152 patches and 65 drum kits, but the arpeggiators are inspirational when it comes to finding the right riff. One user had this to say, “This rack module is simply the nicest piece of equipment I have ever bought. The sounds are stunning and encompass a huge variety of genres, from orchestral to trip-hop. The price is great compared to the keyboard, especially since its closest competitor, the TRITON rack, is a good $200 higher priced! The drum kits floored me, they sound better than many drum machines out there. And the orchestral sounds are on par with some of the high-end sample libraries from EWQLS. I continually find new sounds that are as good if not better than my normal array from a Korg TR-Rack and an analog synth. Basically, after only having it a week I love it to death, and I haven't even scratched the surface. Definitely, this is the best tone module on the market today! Out of 10, I would have to rate it somewhere around 12, honestly. If you are in need of great sounds, don't hesitate a second to get the MOTIF ES Rack!”
