Inside of the seat is a nice sized storage compartment. The attached tabletop has a pierced metal inlay with a 1/4" tempered glass top. The total dimensions are 37" tall by 40" at it's widest point.Not only is this chair beautiful and comfortable, but it's incredibly sturdy. It was tested by having a 250lb man sit on it and it was rock solid. You will not regret this purchase!
