*****Scroll down to see 56 Hi Resolution images*****Here's a 1958 Gibson L-5 CESN in a factory original natural finish. This guitar pretty nice condition and has been well preserved. The finish is clean and has some finish checking and some small indents and marks- see pics. It has a few cracks by the input jack - with a larger jack plate to provide stability and one crack by the tone knob. The pickups are original Gibson PAF's and the covers may have been replaced as the gold plating looks a little too good for a 57 year old guitar. There are no headstock breaks or repairs. The bridge may newer. All the electronics work as intended and the neck is straight. It has just been deep cleaned and detailed. The front, back, sides and neck were waxed and buffed with a high grade carnuba wax. The frets were polished and the ebony fingerboard was cleaned, buffed and moisturized with an instrument grade lemon oil. It was set up with Jazz Lights adjusted and plays very nicely.
