ROLAND JUNO 106 POLYPHONIC PROGRAMABLE SYNTHESIZER Up for sale is my Roland Juno 106 synthesizer. Unfortunately, I have to part with it as I need the cash. I've always said this is one piece that I would never let go, but my loss is your gain. These are highly sought after and highly desirable. In fact, it's hard to find them for sale out there anymore (at least not in good condition or without the need for repairs) because most owners will not let them go. Often referred to as an investment, this model continues to increase in value and price over time. There are not many Juno 106 boards out there in this condition. This is a " one owner board and well taken care of from the beginning. Very little travel. Mostly a studio board. If you're looking for a rare vintage Juno 106 in great condition, GRAB THIS ONE WHILE ITS STILL AVAILABLE! This board is fully functional with power cord. I take excellent care of my gear and have several vintage pieces that perform like new. Free local pick up or shipping via UPS. It has a bit of weight and size, so I will absorb any additional shipping costs over what is posted to offset the cost of transport. The reviews of the Roland Juno 106 are fantastic, with a unique, warm sound and two chorus types as well as full edition capabilities. The Juno-106 uses two built-in Chorus options, tuning control to sharpen or flatten the pitch of the entire board to "tune match" anything you're playing with in combination, and a memory protect switch in the back so that you (or your curious drummer) don't accidentally overwrite ur favorite patches. The seemingly endless patch bank can be selected, tweaked to your liking and saved for quick access in the studio or live. You will see I have never stuck a decal or sticker on it for patch cheats so it is as fine looking as the day I brought it home. Just a wonderful machine with MIDI, digital effects, and that analogue sound that you just can't get in a modern board. This the appeal in the serious professional market. Edited From Vintagesynth: • The Juno-106 is a six-voice polyphonic and programable analog synth with one digitally controlled oscillator (DCO) per voice. While classic monophonic synths used two or three oscillators to create a fatter sound, the Juno-106 uses built-in Chorus to fatten up its sound to dramatic effect. The nature of its DCO meant it was stable and always in perfect tune but still warm and analog. There is an excellent 24dB/oct analog lowpass filter with plenty of resonance and self-oscillating possibilities and a non-resonant highpass filter. The programable pitch/mod bender can be assigned to control the DCO pitch, VCF cutoff, and LFO amount all at once or individually. This synth is incredibly straightforward and very powerful. It's SH-series derived panel layout is easy to understand and very hands-on. Use it to generate lush pads, filter sweeps, and funky bass lines and leads.
