For auction I have a Roland Tr-808 Rhythm Composer I have owned since 2007. It's in good working condition other than the tap button does not work and the pots and outputs can be a little scratchy. The tap button has been that way since I bought it and I've always programmed it with the step keys with no trouble. It could be an easy fix but I don't know how to and never worried about it.   Cosmetically it is in used but decent shape with some wear and scratches here and there. There are a couple screws and orange knob caps missing and also a few tape marks on the back. It also might have slight dust here and there as it has been stored for years.   The machine sounds really good and has a nice long bass drum. I had another 808 and preferred the sound of this one as it is pitched a little higher overall which makes the cowbell sound better I think. It's hard to let it go as I've had so many good times with it but I may be moving somewhere soon where space is more limited than now. I used to sync it with an MPC 2000 using a DIN Sync box and had such a blast and hope it is appreciated where ever it ends up.    I'm selling it AS IS without returns and feel between the pictures and description there should be no surprises. I would like to receive payment soon if not right after the auctions end and prefer to sell it within the United States but am willing to compromise. I sold another 808 a few months ago to someone in Germany and it was a clean transaction but made me a little nervous with customs and shipping it so far. It did arrive safely though. This auction will end next Saturday night and I will have it shipped the following Monday afternoon if payment is received.   Thanks for looking and good luck.   -Brian
