This is a MINT Conn 12DS Full Double Descant French Horn in Bb and F Alto. WOW! The C.G. Conn descant horn offers a broad spectrum of color that professional players should expect out of their descant horn. Designed for versatility, the 12D features a muting valve for stopped horn notes and a removable H section for transposing to the key of E. The medium throat yellow brass bell produces a full sound and is closer in feel to larger horns while still maintaining upper register clarity and control. This one also has a split bell for ease of transport and storage. This item is in mint condition. It is ostensibly a demo model but I see no signs that it has ever been played.
