Get the rundown here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PuO-Ie8as9MVisit the site for more info and cool Video. http://www.bluemic.com/products/kiwi/I would buy this over a U87 all day long, If you pair with a GML nothing will be cleaner but you will not have that harsh sebiliance problem and will not need any EQ, however if you pair with something like a Manley Mono Channel you will get that BIG FAT VALVE SOUND without the muddiness, This is the best all-rounder i have ever had pure pleasure to use, SILKY HIGH AND WARM LOWE'S AT THIS KIND OF £££ YOU WILL ALWAY'S GET IT BACK IF YOU DECIDE TO MOVE ONTO SOMETHING ELLS, BUT IM SURE YOU WONT WANT TO, ITS THE BEST OF BOTH WORLD'S, IE TUBE WARMTH BUT WITH A VERY OPEN SILKY TOP END. only selling to fund a stereo pair of C12s so it will be surplus to requirements. DONT HAVE THE ORIGINAL MIC SHOCK BUT I WILL SEND OUT WITH THE ONE I HAVE BEEN USING AND THAT WORKS PERFECTLY WELL.
