Buyers purchasing items outside the continental US may be subject to increased ship rates.
Explorers Percussion ships via UPS and USPS. Shipping to anywhere outside the continental US will be subject to extra costs above the initial shipping price. International shipments must be paid using PayPal. Please contact us for rates if the auction does not calculate shipping to your location upon checkout. All import duties, taxes, or charges imposed by the country of delivery will be the complete responsibility of the customer. Please check with your customs office for these rates. All international customers will be asked to provide a phone number so customs can contact you if they so choose to. Most shipments will be sent with no signature required. If you wish to have a signature required there will be an additional cost and this must be requested at the time of the order.
Returned snare drums are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please pay within 7 days of purchsing your item. Thank you!
Refund and Assurance Information
Before returning an item, please contact a representative of Explorers Percussion for a return authorization. We will accept returns for 14 days after the day of delivery to the buyer, provided that all items are in new condition with the original packaging. Please include a copy of the sales receipt and a note with instructions as to what you would like to do. If the item appears to be used or damaged, or the item is returned after 14 days, an assessment will be made by Explorers as to the financial recourse. A minimum 20% restocking fee will be applied plus fees for additional damage to the product in question. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If the item purchased featured free shipping, the customer is responsible to pay the original shipping costs. Any free or promo items must be returned (in new condition) with these purchases or the cost of these items will be assessed for these items.
Missouri Tax Information
