DescriptionOVERVIEWFor 25 years the SR has given bass players a modern alternative. As its popularity has expanded, the iconic series continues to excite with its smooth, fast neck, lightweight body and perfectly matched electronics.The SR755 is a handsome 5-string bass designed with the working musician in mind. The Mah body, combined with a Bubinga top, creates a warm balanced tone that is punchy and articulate. Bubinga is an excellent tonewood with qualities and has become known for its responsiveness and resonance. The SR755 sports a 5-pc Jatoba/Bubinga SR5 neck and a Rwood fretboard, embedded with elegant Abal oval inlays. An Accu-cast B305 bridge provides excellent string vibration transfer and precise intonation.For electronics, the SR755 features Nordstrand CND pickups in a classic P/J combination, a versatile setup almost indispensable for the working musician. Specifically designed for Ibanez, these passive pickups deliver a very present tone that easily punches through any mix. Equalization controls include a 3-band Active EQ with a bypass switch for precise tone management. The refurbisher I purchase these from, buys guitars direct from the manufacturer because they did not pass quality control or are possibly a dicontinued item. Usually the imperfections are minor finish flaws or possibly an electronics problem. The refurbishing facility uses a 6-step process to restore these items. They use factory trained and skilled USA luthiers. During the restoration process the word "USED" or "2nd" is lightly stamped on the back on the headstock and a new serial number is issued, this is to prevent them from being sold as new warrantiable instruments. Any imperfections are repaired and instrument is returned to manufacturer specifications. I personally tune up and test each item. I will try, to the best of my ability, to point out any flaws. The photos used are of the actual item and not stock photos. Payment and Returns Paypal is the preferred payment method and I require payment within 48 hours of auction end. Unless otherwise stated, I will accept returns for 14 days if not completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item was shipped free the refund amount will be minus what I paid for shipping. Guitars are usually $20~$50 to ship. You must first contact me before returning any item. You will be responsible for the return shipping and the item must be packed in the original packaging and insured. Once received, I will inspect the item and if it is not in the same condition in which it was sent, then a 15% restocking fee will be charged.Due to the high cost and import taxes there will be NO RETURNS on international shipping outside the U.S. Buyers in the state of Tennessee will be charged 9.25% sales tax Shipping All items are carefully packed in actual guitar boxes and shipped via UPS ground or FedEx Ground to the continental U.S. If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping please contact me immediately and save all packaging.
