Ultra rare early generation Warwick Streamer bolt-on 5 string.  Made from French Cherrywood, these were only around for a year or two if I remember right.  Not long anyway.   I bought this brand new in the early 90's.  It was a completely different manufacturing structure at Warwick back then I think.  You'll see this has a lot more curves than the current model Streamers.  It also has a 7 piece neck that is insanely solid, the bell brass frets, a wedge fretboard and recessed strap locks.  I hesitated for years to get any kind of setup done, the action was always so great I didn't want to risk messing with it.  I finally did a couple of months ago and it plays exceptionally well.     A couple of years back I started having trouble with a scratchy sounding volume pot that proved difficult to resolve with cleaning.  I finally had a local luthier change out the preamp to a baselines model which came with black hardware.  I thought about getting silver to match but then decided I liked it.  The original knobs and preamp will be included.  The new one sounds fantastic and opens up more tonal possibilities than it had originally.  This is an amazing sounding bass from a different era when Warwick was just barely making the transition from handmade models that only the gods could afford into insanely great production models.  This has some small dings.  But probably less than you would expect for a 20+ year old instrument, nothing major.  All in all it's in great condition.   Price includes a padded gig bag.
