This is a violin from the early 1700s, probably Dutch. Being a very old instrument it has obviously had much wear and previous restorations. Please look at the photos carefully to assess your opinion of its present condition. It has potential to be a very nice instrument, but obviously requires significant restoration and a complete set-up. I have a large backlog of instruments, hence have decided to sell this one in its present condition. Please ask if you have any questions and I will answer in as much detail as possible. This instrument is sold as seen though with no returns. Viewing is welcome, and the price is open to offers. The majority of my items listed are for new ex-shop stock. It is being sold either because the products are overstocked or have been discontinued or are ex-demo/display. All items are being sold at hugely reduced prices, so are as sold as seen in the pictures. If you have any questions, please ask. Postage & Packing is charged at cost. Small items are sent Royal Mail 1st class and large items are sent by FedEx economy. I'll always combine shipping if you buy more than one item. International postage is available - please send me your location for a price.
