This is a 1965 Gibson Epiphone FT-45 Cortez acoustic guitar. This guitar is in beautiful original condition. The serial number is 258752. It was made in Kalamazoo, Michigan. U.S.A.. It has the original tag, paperwork and lesson book that came with it when purchased. It has a nice straight neck and flat body. It was handled and stored very well. There are no scratches or dents on this guitar. It looks store bought.  It also has the original Gibson gator style case it came in. The case is in nice, clean, solid condition. It does have spots missing the gator vinyl due to handling and storage of the case.  This guitar had only one owner. She purchased it in 1965. She took a couple lessons gave up on it then put up for all these years. I believe it still has the original factory strings. You will not find one in better condition.
