This is a MINT Conn Connstellation 9DS French Horn in nickel silver construction. The Conn 9DS is a relative newcomer to the Conn horn lineup. Based on the design of the legendary 8D the 9D has a medium-large bell throat for better sectional blending. The 9D features nickel silver bell construction for a robust sound and superb response. Split bell makes it easier to transport and store. This instrument is ostensibly a demo model but is in perfect conditon and I see no signs that it was ever played . Pics tell the rest of the story!
