A very fine French certified violin bow made by Marc Laberte ca. 1950. This is excellent example of the maker's work in a fine state of preservation.
The stick is red brown pernambuco, octagonal, strong with a good balance and very beautiful sound. The frog is ebony and silver, the button is ebony with two silver rings. The length of the stick is 72.9 cm and the weight of the bow is 61 g. It comes with a new hair, ready to play. This fine bow will be sold with an appraisal for the value of $6,500.
