Shin's Music Drive King, made in Japan. This is a full dual-channel distortion model from Shin's, who also make the Dumbloid and Clean Drive overdrive pedals among others.On this model each channel has a choice of three clipping levels (high, low and medium); a clean boost gain toggle switch for an overall level boost; controls for Drive gain and Volume; as well as separate Low, Mid and Treble frequency tone adjustment. There are two foot switches - one for the effect on/off, and the other to toggle between the two separate channels. So basically it's two pedals in one.Hugely versatile and big sounding pedal, modeled on Plexi-type distortion. These pedals are very hard to get a hold of generally, and very expensive new. This one was first purchased in Japan, and was originally used for demos for Shin's customers in Tokyo. No sticker on the side, and serial number is the super low #005. I've only used it in the studio myself, and it's in perfect working condition and still almost brand new physical condition having been well looked after.
