1930's Lyon & Healy parlor guitar ROSEWOOD back and sides!!!

Olivia's Vintage would like to present this 1930's parlor guitar with no markings indicating the manufacturer, but has characteristics that point to Lyon & Healy. The neck has a "V" profile. It is in need of restoration with a very bowed neck that is also in need of a neck reset. The top has sunken in slightly, but all the bracing is well intact. There is some seam separation from the back and sides on the bottom edge. There is also some seam separation in some areas of the herring bone purfling. The bridge may not be original to the guitar, has been reglued at least once before, and still has some separation from the body. There are some surface cracks and other cosmetic wear including finish checking and a lot of scratches. The fingerboard also shows some cracking. The back and sides are laminated brazilian rosewood. We did not put much tension on the strings as the guitar will probably not hold the string tension until repairs are made. Included, is the original case.
