A little About us... The Painted Piano Co. are a brother and sister team, Jack and Lottie Shaw, based in Bristol. We are a small, fun company, started out of a passion for design andn simplicity. After several years installing beautiful hand made kitchens and up-cycling old wares as a hobby, an old piano found its way into the workshop and the concept for The Painted Piano Company was born. We are a very young and enthusiastic company; always striving for new and original designs and ideas, we relish the opportunity to do things a little out of the ordinary.. Shipping We do offer delivery with every piano sale, however we do ask all of our clients to be aware just how big and heavy some instruments can be and therefor a little patience and consideration is needed when it comes to delivery of these items. Delivery is charged at £1 per mile from BS1, this will be invoiced separately and is payable on confirmation of delivery date. We aim to deliver within 8 weeks of taking an order, however if we can get it to you quicker we absolutely will. It is up to you to disclose ay difficulties with access, i.e any steps or tight access leading to the room in which you would like your piano. We only deliver to ground floor unless otherwise arranged! Any issues with delivery which have not been disclosed prior to delivery will be chargeable on the day. Please take the time to read our Terms and conditions We highly recommend you thoroughly read the full terms and conditions on our website before committing to buy any piano. A few key notes; We only deliver to the south of England and South Wales, unless otherwise arranged. Delivery is charged at a flat fee of £80 and will usually take 4 - 8 weeks. We do ask that you let us know as early as possible if there are any dates or times you are not available so that, we can organise deliveries. Pianos are very large, very heavy objects, which are very expensive and difficult to move, so we ask that you take this into consideration. We will only deliver to ground floor. If there is any difficulty with access you must make us aware of this prior to purchase. We will offer refunds on any non bespoke items up until 3 days before delivery is booked. There will be a 5% processing fee to cover our costs. We do not offer any warranties on our pianos however, we will pay for a complimentary tune 3 months after your piano has been delivered. At this point, any niggles with sticking keys or buzzing notes will be sorted out free of charge.
