Hi horn blowers. Before I start I just want to make clear that the new never used description of the item applies to the Selmer clarinet. The Buffet clarinet is used. For sale is a Henri Selmer Paris Signature A pro clarinet plus a rare Buffet Crampon BC 20 7 ring pro Bb clarinet. The Selmer clarinet was purchased new in 2012 as part of a music store buy out.I have not played it as I only play Bb (though I am no pro).It presents as new and comes with 2 tuning barrels. One barrel is stamped A63 & the other 65/.The serial number for the Selmer clarinet is P08673.The number matches on both tenons. No mouthpiece is provided for either clarinet. The Buffet clarinet I purchased second hand a few years ago.It is in excellent condition with no cracks existing or repaired on any piece. All pads & corks look in good shape & the clarinet fits together smoothly.I am not a pro player or instrument tech but the clarinet to me seems fine.It blows cleanly, easily and smooth in all registers with a more woody & bigger sound than my R13.The key work is in great condition with only a little pitting showing on a couple of keys.No plating wear at all even on the rings.Perhaps these are German silver keys but not sure about that. The serial number for the Buffet is F101048.It matches on both tenons. Please note that both clarinets have been sitting for a few years now so may require the odd pad or spring adjustment.I know a lot of you professionals out there like to set up with your own choice of pads /adjustments by your favourite tech.I've described both clarinets as accurately & honestly as I can.The case is an older Selmer Paris double in good/very good condition. All zippers work fine & it comes with carry straps.Great pair of beautiful clarinets for the orchestral player looking to purchase new or near new instruments and save thousands. The shipping cost provided is for Australian buyers only.Overseas buyers please contact me for shipping costs to your destination. Please check & be aware of any import taxes/duties that your state/country may impose upon you. These are out of my control and responsibility. The clarinets will be sent with full insurance cover so shipping to most countries will be $250 plus.I use Australia Posts premium express service with tracking.Thank you for your interest.
