Vintage Gibson Les Paul Custom Black Beauty w/ Case which is beat! This is a Heavy guitar
57 classic pickups New pots and wiring harness Refretted with med size frettwire Binding all mostly yellowed Thin neck No breaks or cracks, no volute. Frettwork was done, pro job with no sharp edges. Toggle tip broke off; tip is in case, still switches. Finish has been touched up but i see alot of checking in the black . This guitar had a kahler trem at one time. The rout was filled back in with maple you can barely see the lines. A new nut was put on it and has been setup at my local shop with I think 12g strings, idr. Not completely sure if top was re-finished, but the paint doesn't sit evenly to the binding. It's a little raised. Not sure if it's age, wear, or whatever. Previous owner has said nothing about a refin. Just letting you know. Obviously it in no way affects playability but price and originality will be.
