This instrument is a nearly new, never played out Sonorus Tapper, which was custom made in the UK. It’s a 10-string tapping instrument that features: Aluminum neck that will never require straightening Aluminum fretwork with gold frets to mark positions Two custom wound pickups (one for each 5-string “side”) Volume and tone control for each pickup Black hardware (tuners, Straplocks and knobs) Beautiful walnut headstock and backplate New D’Addario strings for bass (EADGC) and baritone (BEADG) sides Hard shell case
Also included: Guitar strap, featuring the luthier’s mod for positioning and installed Straplocks Y cord for running both sides through a single channel Quality hex wrenches for bridge height (1.5mm), intonation (2mm) and control cavity (2.5mm) Extra bridge saddles Extra Straplock for optional third tuning peg Welcome letter from Craig Horne, the luthier
This is a fine quality instrument that sounds great and requires minimal maintenance! It can be set up in any tuning you’d like. Feel free to contact me with any questions. Please note that the Ultimate Guitar Stand in the photos is not included.
