Here we have a 1 owner, very clean, 46 year old Gibson Hummingbird Custom acoustic with little or no wear. Hardly played with frets like new w/ some nicks, scratching, and light laquer disfigure in finish on the back of body and the neck from a guitar strap. See pictures. There is one small 3" crack on the middle lower back body that is an easy fix. No repairs anywhere and just the small crack on body. There is a 2 stamped above the Made in USA stamp and the serial# 734639. The guitar has great TONE and IS playable. We put on fresh strings and adjusted the neck to help lower the string action. The action is still somewhat high and we think it either needs a NECK re-set or the BRIDGE to be taken down.Thus we have priced this fine guitar accordingly and we are selling 'as is' with a somewhat high action.The original Gibson chipboard case is in very good condition and the guitar comes with the owners manual as seen in last picture.She weighs 4 lbs. 10 oz.Shipping weight is 16 lbs. double boxed.
