This is a 1971 Burbank Benge Benge 5x in excellent playing condition. Original silver plating is in very good condition with no wear to the silver. Engraving is sharp and crisp. This horn has a few scratches and has had some minor dents removed, so it is not pristine, but does not have the level of wear typically seen on a Burbank Benge. There are two tiny pin sized bubbles under the silver in the leadpipe indicating red rot, but the inside of the pipe is clear. There is a small dent in the bell crook. The valve compression is very good, but there is some staining on the pistons as shown in the photos. The slide tubes are nickel silver, which is not typical of Benge trumpets of this era, but makes for very smooth slides. This trumpet is clean inside and out. Comes with original case showing some wear. We will be listing a lot of mutes, mouthpieces and other brass accessories. We will combine shipping for multiple purchases.
