This was found in a storage unit we purchased along with several other instruments. I have spent at least 30 hours researching it and can not locate another one like it. I did find out that Martin made 36 of these for Beltone back in the 20s. I can't verify that this is one of the 36 so I am just going to sell it. I have sent pictures to several collectors with no luck getting any more information on it.Please look at the pictures.
