Just in on trade from a long-time client and avid collector of premium gear - Someone how knows how to choose a good electric guitar. This Gibson Custom Shop 1959 Les Paul Reissue is no exception. It is a 2014 model with killer, authentic looking top that is deep with nice three dimensional action and a rich sunburst finish - To me this looks like Sunrise Tea Burst but I can't be sure since it is a used item. The condition is excellent overall - there are a few very minor cosmetic blemishes that prevent me from calling it mint - a few dings on the headstock and at least one tiny ding on the body (as you can see hard to photography). This guitar is light, loud and lively. Extremely resonant acoustically and increidbly responsive when plugged in. It has been professionally refretted (and when I say "professionally" I mean the frets gleam like precious jewels and this thing plays effortlessly and perfect. Better than Gibson could ever do. It also has a bone nut but the original nylon nut is in the case and could be re-installed. Like all our used / vintage gear it has been tested for funcitonality and priced to move. Sold as-is.
