EPPLER WOOD HEAD JOINT (for C Flute) The head joint was custom made for me by A.I. Eppler in 2012 to fit a .014 mm Haynes handmade flute. It is thick-walled and made from solid - no metal inner tube lining - African Blackwood (i.e. grenadilla). Embedded in the crown is an abalone shell accent. For additional information, Mr. Eppler has a website which can be easily found through a browser search. This head joint has been owned and played by only myself (a non-smoker) for less than a dozen hours in four years. I have three other head joints and never seem to find the time to make use of this Eppler. A shame it just sits on the shelf. :0) * Note: There is a small "nick" on the edge of the solid silver tenon which does not adversely affect the sound or its assembly to the barrel of the flute. The original case is included.See the attached photos regarding the condition of both the head joint and its case. SOLD "AS IS" - NO TRIALS OR RETURNS Price includes shipping and insurance within Canada - and to the USA or the UK. The Buyer is responsible for all taxes, fees and import charges (if applicable). ** Note: Buyers from other countries, please message me before bidding/buying.Please contact me if you have any further questions.************************************* Customer Services: I strive to be objective, fair and reasonable regarding my listings and transactions, and make every effort to be as detailed as possible when posting an item. However, please feel free to ask any/all questions prior to the close of the auction. I generally have a NO RETURN policy on all items sold. HOWEVER, if for any reason you are not happy with what you received, I would prefer to resolve the matter without resorting to returns. *** There could be exceptions made, of course, but this would be rare and on a case-to-case basis. There will be an option for a FULL refund from the SELLER if - and only if - I have made an error during or after the auction (e.g. sent wrong item, significant undisclosed flaws, etc.).A note about Listings: I will only use OBJECTIVE language when describing an item for sale. Words like good, nice, mint, excellent, beautiful, etc. are subjective and open to a wide variety of interpretations - and, ultimately, are of little use to the Buyer. Instead I will describe an item's condition in objective terms. All items are described as accurately as possible. For further details about a specific article, please inquire before the close of auction - particularly in cases where an item has some degree of damage. Shipping will be using the least-expensive postal method for destinations within Canada, the Continental USA (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) and the UK - unless "faster delivery" is desired and requested by the Buyer. In which case, any additional costs for shipping "upgrades" will be negotiated between the Seller and the Buyer. Upon payment, I usually will mail items within the next two business days (M-F, excluding holidays and weekends). I do not charge any handling fees but consider preparing an item for shipping to be covered in the price of the winning bid/sale. A note about Feedback: I recognize that some SELLERS will not leave feedback until after the Buyer has done so. I am not one of those kinds of Sellers. To me, the feedback system is not intended to be used as a threat or a negotiable part of a transaction; neither do I believe in retaliatory feedback. Winning the bid by eBay rules and paying promptly/fully are all that are required of the BUYER. Therefore, I will provide objective feedback for you when full payment is made within the spe
