Nice early EP-3 from about 1972 with the rare black top. "Holy grail" blacktop era features include: stitched top, ply housing and the strong motor. And of course the magic sound that everyone wants. Serial number 11482. Serviced & cleaned within the last 18 months, this vintage tape echo is in great working order with strong echo so you won't need to spend any money on maintenance. Condition is very good with some wear and tear. The cabinet is nice and the paper instructions under the lid are intact. Just missing the plastic coverplate that says "Echoplex" on it, but that's about the only complaint I have with this one. Get some vintage tape echo tone with the legendary blacktop EP-3 preamp sound.
