Designed by Mr. Rupert Neve, This excellent dual comp/limiter is closely modelled on the Neve 33609, with separate limiter and compressor sections that can be used separately or together.Versatile solid state stereo/dual unit with “Ambiance” feature, designed to reduce background noise in the output signal. The manual says that with Ambiance selected the output of the channel becomes the difference between the compressed signal and the input, i.e. the peaks that the compressor chops off.
