What makes this guitar special: 100% original & just recently acquired from the original owner who kept it in pretty good shape over the years. The guitar has a warm, woody tone to it with with a nice, comfortable neck. The bridge was pulling up just a tad bit when we took it in, so our luthier professionally reglued it & it's it perfect now. He also heat pressed the neck so it's straight & plays great up & down the fretboard. Professionally set up & ready to play right out of the case!Cosmetic Condition: Good condition for its age with typical play wear - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches, light weather checking & some finish wear. Overall the guitar has a nice, played look to it with a beautiful patina.Neck: Wide mahogany neck with cream side-dots & dark Brazilian rosewood fingerboard. Frets are in great shape with no wear. Slotted headstock with classical-style tuners in perfect working condition. 2" nut width; 25 1/2" scale length. Body: Solid spruce top with tortoise binding. Rosewood bridge & multi-ring rosette. Solid mahogany back & sides. 14 1/4" lower bout width; 10 1/4" upper bout width; 4 1/4" depth. Guitar weighs 3 lbs 2.3 oz.Case: Vintage chipboard case included. The case is a bit rough with some stitching that's come undone on the outside & a portion of the interior compartment is missing. Overall it's in good shape & serves its purpose well.
