Meistergeige, 19. Jahrhundert, mit Zettel: Josef Stecher, Geigenmacher in Salzburg, 18.. (siehe Foto 12).Bei diesem Instrument handelt es sich um eine sehr gute Violine. Sie ist ein mit bestem Tonholz gebautes Streichinstrument.Die Violine ist in einem Bestzustand (eine alte, größere Reparatur auf dem oberen Hals, siehe Foto 11). Sie hat eine wunderschöne, feinjährige Decke und einen wundervollen, zweiteiligen Boden (siehe Fotos 1-6).
Der wunderschöne braun/gelb/goldene Lack und die außergewöhnliche Flammung des Instrumentes, wie überhaupt die gesamte Erscheinung, verleihen dieser Violine eine unverwechselbare Aura. Die perfekte Schnecke und die sehr schönen Einlagen runden das Bild dieses Instrumentes ab.
Die Geige ist bestückt mit neuen Saiten, die Wirbel wurden neu angepasst, und der Steg sollte bei Gelegenheit erneuert werden. Die Violine ist sofort spielbereit.Garantiert wird ein brillanter, weicher und kräftiger Ton.Länge 58,6 cm Korpus 35,5Master violin, 19th century, labelled: Josef Stecher, Geigenmacher in Salzburg, 18.. (see picture 12). This is an excellent string instrument manufactured from best tone-wood. The violin is in a perfect condition. There is an old larger repair on the upper neck (see picture 11). The instrument has got a beautiful top plate of fine grain and a wonderful back in two pieces (see pictures 1-6). The overall appearance of this instrument, especially the wonderful brown/yellow/golden varnish and the exceptional flaming, reflect an unmistakable aura.
The perfect scroll and the charming purflings round off the image of this violin. It is equipped with new strings, and the pegs were readapted. On occasion, the bridge ought to be replaced. The instrument is in full playing condition. A brilliant both soft and powerful tone can be assured! Total length: 58,6 cm Corpus: 35,5 cm
