Helicon be Henry Pourcelle it also says C Bruno and Sons. New your and Paris . This is a very old instrument , pre 1900 from what I've found online TBH I really don't know. There are some dents around the top see pictures. I don't have the mouth piece or I think there might be a coupling for the mouthpiece I dint know for sure . There is some kind of paste on the inside if the bell like someone was going to polish but didn't remove it . The valves seem good to me . No case .
