Vintage 1930's Gibson sunburst mandolin with original case. I'm thinking this is around a 1936 model, but those of you looking at this will know far more than I do. There is a hand written "5" after the stamped number inside that didn't show in the photo. Mandolin is missing the pickguard and has a slight crack as pictured where the pickguard would cover. Otherwise, this is a very nice instrument, with only minor wear. The Gibson metal cover does shows discoloration. Some of the lower frets show discoloration as well.
