Beautiful Taylor 814ce from 2014 in excellent condition. Minor play wear on top, but all too small to photograph. This is a great sounding Taylor with the best bass response that I've heard on any from this shop. The electronics are state-of-the-art and sound extremely good when plugged in. Action is 3/32" on the bass 'E' at the 12th fret with some saddle room for adjustment if wanted. Break angle is very good right now. First five frets were recently dressed and are now smooth and crowned. Plays great with no buzzing anywhere up and down the fretboard. This guitar is completely stock and original right down to its original issue hard shell Taylor case. If you're looking at this, you probably know what it is. The back bracing is asymmetrical and accounts for the very nice bass presence...unlike any Taylor I've ever played. The neck is is nicely rounded and finished in satin, so it's smooth and fast and very easy on the hands. These 814ce models represent the top of the Taylor craft, in my opinion. No flashy inlays, but a very high quality build. Extremely versatile and can accommodate any playing scenario.
