I AM THE SECOND OWNER OF THIS KIT. NEVER USED OR USED IN ANY GIG. (just tested)The kit have a couple of light marks otherwise in mint condition even when the kit is 35 years old.The XLR has been upgraded to Jack 1/4" with lock system, the rims and the legs (some marks) are black (one of a kind).
All the pad keys has been upgraded to roland ones (same used in Roland td-30 pads/mounts)Then, the buyer will take home:
* 3 x Simmons SDS5 Tom Pads
* 1 x Simmons SDS5 bassdrum with legs
* 1 x USED and with marks Simmons SDS1 eprom exchangeable snare pad (partially working) (see details below)
* 5 x Simmons Original XLR to Jack cables (Used with the SDS7 previously, maybe you would need to re arrange the soldering to fit your equipment pin configuration)
* 1 x Mint drum Sticks
* 1 x used Simmons / Pearl Tom MountThe Simmons SDS1 is a project, is not properly working, the battery enclosure has been fitted inside and it has a switch on/off to make it easy to turn on and off instead taking the batteries everytime. is just fitted inside but not soldered, with the psu works ok but there is a lot of hum, maybe a capacitor or something like that.
