RARE GRETSCH 1989 FIREBIRD 6131T GOLD HARDWARE, BIGSBY, TV JONES OHSC You are bidding on a genuine 1989 Gretsch Firebird semi-solid body electric, model 6131T, with real chambered mahogany body and lacquered red maple top, rosewood fingerboard and mahogany neck, in superb condition, with genuine Gretsch HS case. Two nice Filtertron Pickups (Bridge pickup is custom TV Jones!), Bigsby, tune-a-matic bridge, switches and strap nuts all gold in excellent condition. Serial No. 89-10131-35 This is the best of these beauties made in Japan, superior build quality of the Terada plant 8000 series, not the cheap models produced in Korea and China. Plays great, looks great and sounds great, with that real Gretsch twang. Your chance to get a Gretsch with some age and patina on it, for a price below what new ones go for.
