I bought this desk to replace an LS9. The difference is unquestionably better. In both sound and functionality. It is very simple to use and very powerful at the same time. Everything you can think of seems to be there. The aux IN and OUT as well as the separate talkback mic keep all of your 16 XLR mic inputs available for your actual band. Works seamlessly with the S16 stage-box if you need mire inputs or outputs, I have usually found the aux jacks save the day for last minute in-ears monitors or playback. The flight case is from Thon. It wax the lightest one I could find that was a proper flight case. The internal blocks create space at the back for your cables and desk light. The foam is perfectly placed to stop the desk from moving. Handles where you need them ! Someone has really though it through. It was a couple of hundred pounds but well worth it. I have the original box too if you have a preference.I have just updated the firmware to the latest release of version 3. Some ice new features. Works brilliantly with an iPad. (You will need an accesspoint) Probably half of my mixing has been done with the iPad. Doing monitor setup with the iPad takes a fraction of the time. The only downside I have is the XLR socket on channel 8 sticks. I have just left a short patch cable in there. Included in the sale. I guess they saved money in a few places over the M32 . Thus does not interfere with the functionality of the desk at all. It is actually handy when you want to put a 58 locally to set your effects. Then just use the channel as normal.I can't recommend the X32 enough. If you are upgrading from a cheaper or older digital desk you will find this a breeze. If you are joining from analogue world , it is intuitive enough to pick it up without the manual. I have all the manuals , stickers and papers that came with it. They are in the original box.I would like it picked up from Stafford or I can bring it up to south Manchester . I guess I could probably deliver to places inbetween. I would really like cash or a bank transfer for this one as it is a lot of money and PayPal would grab quite a chunk. I will accept PayPal if that is the only option. Please message me any questions.
