Straight from our brass (and silver) instrument repair shop, our USED horns are brought back to life...All major dents are removed, joints re-soldered (if needed), patches repaired (if necessary) and the slides reworked.  Our horns may be buffed, but all are hand polished to a good shine and are in good playable condition.  We are proud to offer this refurbished instrument for sale. We have tried to describe it as it is, and are happy to answer any questions asked.  #56/2016Up for sale is a 1957 CG Conn 10H Victor Professional Tenor Trombone with Coprion Bell. (serial number 715xxx). This instrument plays well and is made of yellow brass, gold brass and has a copper bell and has solid nickel trim.  There are various small dings, some light scratching with light pitting at the grips.  The slide action is very good with a light whisper.  The slide tubes show light wear with some wear-through at upper stockings.  There is good compression.  This instrument is not lacquered; therefore, this instrument may have to be polished every few months, if played often (we recommend using Weiman METAL Polish). This trombone comes with a mouthpiece and a used Bach case.
The slide bore is .500/.500, with 8" bell. This horn makes a nice statement.  It plays nicely at all ranges with quick response, great intonation.  It plays sweetly or with plenty of power. This is a GOOD horn.  Thanks for looking and check out our other items!
