Up for consideration is a custom CNC router or plasma cutter comprised of top quality materials very heavy duty . The gantry is 55" with 48" Thompson rails 1" , 4 Thompson Opn 16 bearings for attachment to the Z axis  , the back of the gantry has a angle aluminum channel welded appears was a bilt in wire carrier . The gantry is box designed with 1/2" t6061 aluminum plate very solid and sturdy 105lbs total , we believe it was part of a K2 or older thermwood machine not totally sure though . There's 2 Y axis rails 1" thompsons with 10-3/8" X 3" super blocks the gantry will need connected to these bearings high in bearings handle a good bit of weight . The Z axis will need created however there's 2x 13" - 15mm  NSK rails with sr25 bearings 3x3 80/20 extrusion for making the Z as well as lots of other parts too , the design is your choice . The 3x3 extrusion is placed on the gantry for illustration not completed . There's 12 feet of 5/8" Ballscrew 1 start , new in box unmachined there's enough to get started but will need one more piece to complete all axis . This is a great leaping start at a top notch machine for a fraction of one its size had the potential to be 48"X, 45"Y and 13" in the Z axis .
