1967 Selmer Series 10 ClarinetThanks for your time!
Great playing clarinet that has been re-padded. Instrument is not perfect but presents well in looks and performance.
What was done; All keys were removed, cleaned and new pads installed. Body was cleaned and mechanism oiled with Hetman's synthetic key oil. All articulation corks are new and instrument has been regulated and adjusted. Nice Selmer tone and warmth in all registers with looks to boot.
Keys and bright work do show wear and some pitting on the Ab touch piece and barrel rings. Bell has a wood blemish that appears to be a wood layer issue, 1/5 of the circumference of the lower ring. Lower joint tenon receiver does have two hairline fracture repairs done...great vacuum nonetheless. Please view all photo's. Overall it's a sweet looking and playing 1967 Selmer.
What you'll be receiving; Warm, even playing French Selmer Series 10, with fresh pads and articulation corks. Beautiful, 3 compartment case with some exterior blemishes, yet functions perfectly. Selmer C* & Selmer -D- mouthpieces will also arrive...you'll also be receiving an instrument from me, a veteran professional woodwind tech. for many decades.
