The best I can tell this is a 1958-ish Buffet Crampon R13 Clarinet...serial #55385..It comes with everything you see in the pictures and appears to be complete and unrestored.I am not a Clarinet expert (I mostly deal in vintage guitars) and am not very knowledgeable, but this horn appears to be in very good cosmetic shape. The keys have some patina, nothing too major. The wood is beautiful..The pads and corks seem to be OK, but again, I don't know what is "good" or not, so please take that into consideration.Overall, this is a complete, unrestored horn, in beautiful condition..Thank you, and please let me know if you have any questions.Johnny
