ITEM IS BRAND NEW. BOX IS OPEN BUT COMES WITH EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE PROTOOLS SOFTWARE. COMES WITH EVERYTHING ELSE. I MADE A HOLE IN THE PLASTIC COVER OF THE UNIT TO HOOK UP THE UNIT TO POWER IT ON. EVERYTHING ELSE IS INTACT. BOX HAS SOME WARE TO THE OUTSIDE. ONLY THING MISSING IS THE PROTOOLS 7 LE SOFTWARE. COMES WITH THE REST SEALED. IM NOT SURE IF THE PRO TOOLS IS SEALED IN THE PACKAGE WITH THE REST OF THE CDS IN PICTURE 2. IT MIGHT NOT BE SO DESCRIBING IT THAT IS NOT INCLUDED. BUT UNIT HAS NEVER BEEN USED. LIKE I SAID I OPENED THE SEALS ON THE PLASTIC OF THE CONSOLE TO POWER IT ON.
