Mono Mic Pre Amp / 4 Band Gyrator EQ / Instrumenten DIDer DRS-Q4M MK2 ist ein einkanaliger Mikrophonpreamp mit hochohmigem Instrumenteneingang, sowie einem Gyrator-basiertem Equalizer mit 11 selektierbaren Frequenzen in 4 Bändern. Zu seinem einmaligen Sound verhelfen ihm über 25 Jahre Erfahrung im Design von Audioschaltungen, die mit Hilfe heutiger Fertigungsmöglichkeiten und moderner Komponenten den klassischen Sound der Class A Schaltung ermöglicht.Der DRS-Q4M nutzt die beliebte, von Phoenix Audio entwickelte, Class A Output Stage (DSOP-2). Die vollkommen diskret aufgebaute, symmetrische Class A Eingangsstufe ist trafolos und wurde designed um im Frequenzgang alle Übertrager-Eingangsstufen noch zu übertreffen, und sorgt für einen schon fast röhrenähnlichen Klang. Ebenso bietet die hochohmig ausgelegte D.I. Eingangsstufe ein klares, straffes und besser definiertes Klangbild und ermöglicht es alle Nuancen eines direkt angeschlossenen Instrumentes abzubilden.
