AUDIO PRECISION APx 515 The APx515 is a 2 Channel fixed-hardware configuration audio analyzer optimized for production test. With the current software release of Ap500 v. 4.3 this very accurate instrument is also extremely useful for design engineering work on both electronic and acoustic devices. It can do a 1.2 million point FFT for very detailed spectrum analysis. Analysis range DC to 90 kHz. Sine wave range 2 Hz to 80.1 kHz.
On the analog side, the APx515 has balanced and unbalanced analog inputs and outputs, relay-implemented I/O loopback and common-mode rejection measurements. The digital I/O provides AES3 balanced input and output on XLR connectors, SPDIF/SMPTE unbalanced I/O on BNCs, and optical I/O on Toslink connectors, all at sample rates up to 216 kHz.
The APx515 is sold with 15 key APx500 software measurements. Additional measurements are available by purchasing Software Options.
