SELMER MKVI TENOR, 1955, DOUBLE S NECK
You know all about these if your looking here. First year MKVI production run 1955 MKVI Tenor, serial 56,xxx. Still has most of the original pads in excellent condition. 99% lacquer coverage. Has seen very little use. Pearls feel like a brand new horn. Has the very rare double S on the neck octave mechanism, which was the neck design right after the SBA and before the more traditional MKVI Single S on the octave mechanism.Loud, lush and on the slightly darker side tonally. Nothing to spend. No signs of any trauma. Neck and bow perfect. Case in excellent condition.Please note, Paypal fees are pretty high.
