This is a UB-1 ukulele-banjo. It has a banjo body but is tuned and played like a ukulele. . . these were very popular in the 1920s and 1930s. Hunleth Music was a large Gibson dealer in St. Louis before World War II. This one appears to be in good shape. Could use some cleaning and obviously needs strings. This would be a great little instrument and with the small size it is easy to travel with. See photos and ask any questions. Total length about 19 1/2".
