I have here a classic Roland RE-201 Space Echo.
CONDITION In a reasonable cosmetic condition for its age, there are some wear marks and blemish here and there with a bit of aging on the metal parts as pictured. The unit appears to be working fine, both the ECHO and REVERB effects working fine on all the settings. Maybe a slight bad contacts on the Mode Selector knob, which could do with some adjustment/servicing as there is also quiet a bit of scratch noise on the Volume knobs when controlling. I'm not sure how much use the tape on it has but I recommend you install a new one as these are usually pretty worn. The VU meter backlight appears to be not lighting up, but the VU meter and the Peak Light are working fine.I'm including plenty of pictures so you can see exactly how it looks.**This unit was made for the Japanese market which runs on 100 volts. The USA market runs on 110 volts, basically it will work fine in the USA as its only a small voltage difference, but for optimal longevity of the unit I recommend a step down converter which you can buy for about $10- $20.There are lots of sites selling these, like http://www.voltageconverters.com/japan_voltage.html or you should be able to get one in an electrical supply shop.
