I sell both pre-owned and new items. Each item is inspected and usually tested at listing time. I usually list a lot of pictures with each item so the buyer can see the physical condition. The wrong things about an item are more important than the right things so i try to describe them as accurately as possible, again, so the buyer knows exactly what the item is all about. Even Amazon gets thousands of returns on pre-owned and even new items. Now obviously I am no Amazon but my customer service IS just as good or maybe better since you don't have to talk to anyone outside the country. So........ If for some reason there is an issue with the item when you receive it. PLEASE EMAIL ME FIRST. Contacting ebay is not necessary as even they will tell you. I will take care of any problem you have immediately.
