Vintage 1966 Vox Bobcat Guitar Sunburst Very Clean 3 Pick Ups Tremolo WowUp for sale we have a Vintage 1966 Vox Bobcat Guitar. The guitar is very clean and works great. There are some checking in the the finish which is typical of these old Italian guitars. The clear coat was just not meant last a long time. Sans that, this particular example is in overall wonderful cosmetic condition for a 40+ year old guitar. The guitar is very clean inside and out. Overall the guitar is in very good condition, and there are a handful of random small superficial dings on the entire guitar but nothing major. The guitar works great and the intonation is in good. The neck feels wonderful and the pick up works great and sounds clear. Very loud guitar that sounds amazing through any decent amplifier. As with any guitar that’s been sitting in storage it going to need new strings and set up. Please consider this when bidding on my items. Its vintage folks and anything this old will need a minor tune up.  The 1966 US Vox catalog described the V219 Bobcat Guitar as follows: "The professional electro-acoustic; three six-pole extended range pickups; hinged true vibrato tailpiece; 2-position string damper; vibrato; hand-bound throughout; double T-bar and adjustable truss rod; sunburst finish."
