This seems to be a rare one. Exotic Shell badge -- I'm assuming Birdseye maple, and brass plated tube lugs. The plating has some decent wear in spots---see pics and look close. Worst is shown (bottom hoop towards the end). One little ding area in the panel to the right of the badge. Not a huge deal. Blends in as a Birdseye maple type mark from a new feet away, but if you're into perfect cosmetics you should probably find another drum or plan on replacing the hardware on this one. To me it's the perfect amount of light aging and it still maintains the look of a very well cared for instrument. Edges/interior are flawless. Stamped "A" and 1997 inside along with serial number. Brand new heads, brand new puresound custom pro quick release wires. The original throw that came on this was worn and partially broken, so I replaced it with a better condition, exact same model/era throw. Original will be included. It's seen a bit of rockin, but what a drum!
