Berg Larsen Fat Body Tenor Metal 90often announced at ebay the "fat body Berg Larsen"........here is the real one .I think it is from the 50's / 60's and I only saw one another * real fat Berg * once at saxophonedotorg and there it is called /signed Deluxe It is as well a 90 and looks to have the exact same dimensions : very long table - short shank - and very wide/broad......When I got it it measures .082 These imprecise tip signing is usual with the old Bergs.... I could play it and it got a big Sound but I missed somethingSo I thought it is signed 90 and should measure .090I gave it to Kay Siebold and he opened it to 90 I told him not to change to much on this piece, and when I got it backIt still got the same Sound just bigger and fuller. compared to all other metal Bergs I played I would say it does not have they typical Stainless Steel Soundvery powerful but not shrill more flexiblebeside all that it is a very very rare Model I sell it in the Box I got it but I don't think it is the original Boxto see the Body dimension I made photos with a earlier Berg with long table I sell it for a fair price and do not make money.....
