This auction is for a Selmer Paris France Depose' Wood Bass Clarinet. The serial number is P9525 visible on both wood joints. Comes with the original Selmer Case.
The wood clarinet is in overall good condition but will need some work to be in good playing condition. I have looked the wood over and do not see any cracks. It has been stored for a while so it needs to be checked over and completely cleaned. It will need some new pads, corks and adjustments and lubrication. The keys and pad cups have tarnish and plating wear and need to be polished as you can see. The bell has a few smaller dents, mainly on the bottom, and some scratches and needs polishing and cleaning. The neck has a few smaller dents also and needs polishing. One lever cradle is missing where I have pointed in one picture. No mouthpiece included.
There is the Selmer Case included with this auction. The original case is in rough shape on the outside with some worn and torn covering and some painted letters on it. You will probably want to replace the case. Sold As Is.
